Responsibilities
- Develop and configure reconciliation rules, data mappings, and workflows within SmartStream TLM to optimize transaction lifecycle management
- Support daily reconciliation processes by monitoring system performance and resolving exceptions to maintain operational continuity
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to analyze requirements and enhance reconciliation solutions for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Lead end-to-end reconciliation development and delivery, including application migration to ensure seamless system transitions
- Diagnose and resolve ongoing production issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability
- Apply strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills to query, manipulate, and troubleshoot data within reconciliation platforms
- Utilize knowledge of reconciliation processes and AutoMatch rules to design effective automated matching solutions
- Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of reconciliation discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services environment to understand domain-specific reconciliation challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
