Job Description
. The role involves development, configuration, and automation of reconciliation processes using the SmartStream TLM platform.
. The candidate will work on enhancing and maintaining reconciliation solutions, ensuring efficient financial data processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and configure solutions using the SmartStream TLM Application Suite, including: TLM Control TLM SmartStudio TLM Recon Admin TLM View Management Information (MI) Design, build, test, and implement TLM solutions in collaboration with business users and project stakeholders.
. Perform end-to-end solution configuration and implementation for reconciliation processes.
. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
. Execute: Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop test cases, test design artifacts, and ensure quality delivery.
. Manage configuration/code versioning and maintain development and testing environments.
. Support application upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixing activities.
. Follow delivery governance frameworks and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
. 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM (version 2.4, 3.0, or higher)
. Technical Expertise: Strong experience with SmartStream TLM modules: TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, TLM View, MI Solid understanding of solution configuration and implementation using front-end tools and database-level updates
. Proficiency in at least one database: Oracle / Sybase / SQL Server
. Working knowledge of at least two operating systems: Windows, Unix, Linux
. Testing & Deployment: Experience in unit testing, SIT, and UAT Strong skills in test case creation and test design
. Experience in configuration/code management and environment maintenance
Additional Skills
. Experience in application upgrades and bug fixing Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
. Experience in financial reconciliation systems
. Exposure to automation in reconciliation processes
. Knowledge of banking or financial services domain
