We are seeking a TLM Developer to support reconciliation systems using Smart Stream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM)
The role involves developing and configuring reconciliation rules, data mappings, and workflows, as well as supporting daily reconciliation processes and resolving exceptions.
The candidate will work closely with business and operations teams to enhance reconciliation solutions and ensure smooth transaction processing.
End to end recon development and delivery
Application migration
Resolve ongoing production issues
Key Requirements:
Experience in SmartStream TLM development and configuration
Knowledge of reconciliation processes and AutoMatch rules
Strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills
Experience in banking or financial services environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience in TLM or reconciliation platforms.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
