Job Summary
Perform skilled masonry, plastering, tiling, screeding, waterproofing, and concrete works at construction sites, ensuring all tasks meet project standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry tasks to build and repair structures, ensuring durability and compliance with project specifications
- Apply plastering techniques to walls and ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces that meet quality standards
- Install tiles accurately to create durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes in wet trade environments
- Execute screeding to level floors and surfaces, preparing them for subsequent construction phases
- Apply waterproofing materials effectively to prevent water ingress and protect building structures
- Carry out concrete works and general wet trade tasks to support building construction and repair projects
- Ensure all work complies with construction standards and project requirements to maintain safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet project deadlines and support site operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wet trade works
- Proficiency in plastering, bricklaying, and tiling
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work 6 days per week to support project timelines
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
