Job Description

Apply a layer of material (e.g: cement) to the floor or other surfaces.
Check that surface of substrate using a 2-m straight edge to ensure that it is level and true to design specifications.
Fill joints and gaps with cement or plaster to ensure complete coverage of the surface.
Lay tiles and timber according to the standard code of practice.
Mix bedding materials according to manufacturer's instruction.
Perform task in accordance to organisational safety procedures.
Prepare surface in accordance to industrial practices and manufacturer's recommendation to ensure adhesion of the material.
Set out tile lines according to the approved tiling setting out drawings and design specifications.
