E-commerce&aposs Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2025 - Oct 2025.
- Create user friendly external facing articles and documents from internal documents.
- Conduct training via physical training and online training. Create and maintain training material.
- Translate content into different market&aposs language and support business needs such as product education, training resources, internal communication, digital content, video subtitles.
- Update & align content with stakeholders and keep internal staff up to date with latest updates.
- Preparing reports summarising results of translation projects.
- Keep track and maintain the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the localised content in various formats and channels.
- Build design templates and localize them for multiple markets while ensuring visual consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in language, linguistics, Business or other related fields.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel), and other similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Co-operative & Friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Understanding online marketing or online platform is plus.
