Digital Pizza is a game studio focused on making multiplayer, co-op, viral premium Steam games. We specialise in chaotic, social experiences with strong replayability and meme potential with games designed to spread organically through TikTok clips, Twitch streams and word of mouth.
We are looking for a TikTok Marketing Associate who understands gaming culture, short-form content dynamics, and how to grow accounts organically on TikTok.
As a TikTok Marketing Associate (Gaming) at Digital Pizza, you will own the TikTok growth and content strategy for one or more gaming projects. Your primary focus will be ideating, creating, testing, and scaling short-form video content that resonates with gaming audiences and drives organic reach, engagement, and community growth.
This role is ideal for someone who lives on TikTok, understands gaming memes, trends, and formats, and knows how to turn gameplay, moments, and narratives into high-performing short-form content.
Own the TikTok strategy for gaming-related projects, from zero-to-one and scaling phases
Ideate, script, and produce short-form TikTok content (15-60s) tailored to gaming audiences
Identify and capitalise on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and memes relevant to gaming
Post consistently and optimise content based on performance signals (retention, watch time, saves, shares)
Translate gameplay, in-game moments, mechanics, updates, and community narratives into compelling TikTok content
Collaborate with game teams to surface content ideas (clips, updates, features, launches)
Develop repeatable content formats and series that can scale over time
Track TikTok performance metrics and iterate rapidly based on what works
Run content experiments to improve hooks, pacing, formats, and storytelling
Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders regularly
Work closely with designers, game developers, and marketing leads to align content with product milestones
Support game launches, updates, and events through TikTok-first campaigns
Coordinate with community and creator teams where relevant
Proven experience growing TikTok accounts or producing TikTok content (gaming-related experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and content mechanics
Ability to spot trends early and adapt them creatively for gaming audiences
Deep interest in gaming (PC, console, or mobile) and gaming internet culture
Familiar with gaming memes, streamers, formats, and community humour
Comfortable working with raw gameplay clips, UGC, and lo-fi content when needed
Comfortable filming, editing, or assembling short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling in short-form video
Ability to write concise, engaging captions and on-screen text
Fast-moving, experimental, and data-informed
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with rapid iteration
Strong ownership mentality - you run the TikTok, not just post content
Experience with gaming TikTok accounts, studios, or indie games
Familiarity with Web3 or emerging gaming ecosystems
Experience collaborating with creators or influencers
Work on gaming projects with strong viral and community potential
High ownership role with direct impact on growth
