TikTok Live Host & eCommerce Executive / Manager

Bukit Batok, Singapore

SGD 2,500 to SGD 4,500 per month, commensurate with experience

We are looking for a confident and energetic TikTok Live Host & eCommerce Executive to join our fresh seafood business.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being on camera, engaging customers through livestreams, and supporting backend eCommerce operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Host TikTok livestream sessions to promote and sell seafood products

• Engage customers during live sessions and respond to enquiries in a professional manner

• Upload and manage product listings on online platforms

• Compile and process customer orders accurately

• Provide customer service support for online enquiries and orders

• Assist with backend operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Comfortable and confident being on screen

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented

• Organized and able to manage backend administrative tasks

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in livestreaming, eCommerce, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage

• Interest in seafood or fresh food products is a plus

Additional Information

• Location: Bukit Batok

• Reporting to: Managing Director

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

• Off Day: Monday

• Sunday: Work from home arrangement available

• Working Hours: Flexible, with required presence at the market from Tuesday to Saturday
