✅ Experience creating TikTok or short-form content

✅ Proficient in:

  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro (optional)
  • Canva

✅ Good understanding of:

  • TikTok algorithm
  • Facebook Reels
  • Instagram Reels
  • YouTube Shorts

✅ Comfortable filming on-site and occasionally working outdoors

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Skills

⭐ Experience running TikTok Ads

⭐ Drone filming licence or experience

⭐ Graphic design experience
