Job Description

  • Drive ticketing revenue and optimize ticketing operations across a diverse portfolio of high-volume events.
  • Develop and implement pricing, demand management, and sales strategies to maximize attendance and revenue performance.
  • Design ticket pricing structures, including tiered pricing, bundles, promotional packages, and premium offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end ticketing operations, including system setup, inventory management, event configuration, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee ticket distribution across multiple sales channels, including online platforms, on-site sales points, and third-party partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align ticket launch strategies with promotional campaigns and maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor ticket sales performance, forecast demand, and provide regular revenue and attendance reports.
  • Analyse sales trends and customer purchasing behaviour to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Prepare post-event reports and insights to support future ticketing and commercial strategies.
  • Manage ticketing-related customer enquiries and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate event-day ticketing operations, admissions, and entry management to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing records and ensure compliance with operational and financial procedures.
