1. Crowd control to ensure orderly entrance

2. Guide bus to ensure safe reversing by bus

3. Relay message to Bus Captains from the Ops Control Centre

4. Record bus arrival and departure timing by hand on time sheet provided. Time sheet is secured by a clip board.

5. Answer passengers enquiries about the route of the bus. The pamphlet for bus route is provided and staff can familiar themselves with the route.
