About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Thunderhead/ SmartCOMM Developer to design and implement enterprise communication solutions supporting Treasury and Capital Markets operations. The role focuses on document generation, regulatory communications, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SmartCOMM templates and workflows.
• Build dynamic document generation solutions (confirmations, statements, reports).
• Configure data-driven templates with business rules and conditional logic.
• Integrate SmartCOMM with trading and post-trade platforms(e.g., Murex, Calypso).
• Implement real-time and batch document generation processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client communication standards.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams.
• Optimize performance and scalability.
• Provide L2/L3 production support.
• Participate in SIT/UAT and release cycles.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in Thunderhead / SmartCOMM development.
• Expertise in template design and document composition.
• Strong understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets lifecycle.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/SDLC.
