Morgan McKinley is hiring to join our Third Party Management team to monitor and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of both external and internal third-party contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitored and managed the end-to-end lifecycle of external and internal third-party contracts, investigating payment and contract misalignments, and escalating breaches to stakeholders.
- Conducted trend reviews of supplier performance, governance oversight, and intercompany contract activity, partnering with Resilience Risk and Third Party Risk Management to improve aging metrics and control environment.
- Performed regular reviews, quality assurance, and audits of the MAS Third Party Register in line with MAS, HKMA, and global policies, ensuring accurate, timely updates for key stakeholders.
- Provided first-line user support for Third Party Due Diligence platforms, troubleshooting system errors and approval workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Managed interactions with Engagement Managers and offshore teams for lifecycle management of third-party arrangements undergoing due diligence.
- Supported change projects related to policy operationalization, implementation of global/local mandates, and process optimization, proactively suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
- More than five (5) years of experience in Third Party Management with a strong background in Resilience Risk.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating data visualizations using QlikSense and Tableau.
- Knowledge of third-party management platforms and tools, with familiarity in Coupa, Appian, and ServiceNow as an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and technology to support risk management and operational effectiveness.
