Job Description

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join them as Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst, based in Singapore. The team identifies, assesses, monitors, and reports third-party risks across their entire lifecycle for all firm relationships. This proactive approach mitigates a wide array of potential risks including cybersecurity, operational disruptions, and financial instability.

Seeking an experienced analyst to support the design, oversight and execution of the regional outsourcing governance processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining the integrity of our tracking systems, and managing the efficient flow of information between key stakeholders. This position requires a self-starter who can design systematic workflows, drive process improvements, and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop Low-code/no-code solutions to enable regional outsourcing workflows to comply with APAC regional regulatory requirements such as Outsourcing of Critical Business Services and Outsourcing Guidelines
  • Support the management of the Outsourcing Governance Frameworks, including but not limited to coordination of registers/questionnaire updates, training, preparation of meeting agenda and minutes
  • Participate in initiatives focused on process improvement via automation and enhancement of outsourcing governance in the region.
  • Generate regular APAC reports for regional/country forums and provide ad hoc support

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • 25 years of relevant experience in risk, procurement, or governance roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement

This is a 6-month contract and may be renewable.
