Third Party Risk Management Analyst
Description
Our client is an established payments organisation providing a range of technology-enabled payment and transaction services. As part of its continued investment in risk governance, operational resilience and control effectiveness, the organisation is recruiting an experienced Third Party Risk Management Analyst to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate & Workplace Solutions, you will support the effective operation and continued enhancement of the third-party risk management programme. You will review policies, procedures and controls to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, security standards and the organisation's risk profile. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will advise business and technology stakeholders on due diligence assessments, ongoing monitoring, service-level agreements, contractual requirements and adverse vendor developments. You will assess new and existing third-party arrangements and collaborate closely with specialists across business continuity, information security, technology governance and legal to provide effective challenge. Other responsibilities include coordinating TPRM Committee meetings, tracking remediation actions, conducting independent control testing and supporting internal and external audits.
Qualifications
Degree qualified in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline, you possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience within financial services. Direct third-party risk management experience is essential, although this may form part of a broader background spanning technology risk, operational risk, internal audit, compliance, vendor management or procurement. You have practical experience conducting third-party due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and control reviews, together with sound knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to technology vendors, outsourcing and contractual arrangements. You demonstrate a strong risk mindset, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to independently challenge and advise business and technology stakeholders. Strong organisational, project management, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
