Provide physical, emotional and social care for our nursing home residents.
Job Description
- Assist therapists to deliver therapy exercise according to care plan
- Supervise the elderly in practising activities of daily living
- Facilitate small group activities and conduct bedside therapy exercise
- Maintain, clean and sterilize rehabilitation equipment
- Ensure safety of the elderly during rehabilitation sessions
- Assist with feeding residents
- Administrative duties
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Certificate in Therapy Support
- Passionate in caring for the elderly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit work schedule Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday (half day)
