Job Title: Therapy Aide (TCM Wellness)
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: SGD 4,000 - SGD 5,000 (Based on Experience)
Company Overview:
Our client, is a TCM-registered wellness centre dedicated to holistic healing through traditional Chinese medicine techniques. They are seeking a Therapy Aide to assist the resident TCM physician in delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist TCM physician in performing treatments such as TCM massage (Tui Na), cupping, and gua sha (body scraping)
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of therapy tools and rooms
- Educate and guide clients before and after treatment
- Provide basic customer service and assist in front-desk duties if needed
- Assist with video content creation and short clips of treatments (with client consent)
- Support digital marketing efforts (e.g. manage basic social media, assist with promotions)
- Upsell treatment packages and promote wellness products when appropriate
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a TCM clinic, wellness centre or spa
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Strong interest in traditional Chinese medicine and wellness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with basic video shooting, content creation, and digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
Work Arrangement:
- 6-day work week
