Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a client-facing Sales / Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Thai-speaking stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills in Thai and a proven track record in sales or large account management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Thai-speaking clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pipeline activity
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
  • Native or business-proficient Thai language skills (written and spoken) - essential for daily stakeholder engagement
  • Singapore PR or Citizen (mandatory for compliance and local market operations)
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills comfortable managing senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
