Tester-ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing to support enterprise application testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Selenium, ATF, and testing custom applications, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

· Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for custom applications.

· Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and ATF.

· Identify, log, track, and validate defects through resolution.

· Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope.

· Ensure software quality through detailed test planning and execution.

· Prepare test reports, documentation, and status updates.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

· 7–10 years of experience in Software Testing.

· Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

· Experience in ServiceNow testing.

· Hands-on experience with Selenium automation framework.

· Experience in ATF and testing custom-built applications.

· Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

· Experience with test planning, test case preparation, and execution.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup effectively.
