Responsibilities:
- Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities.
- To support & implement different product configuration setup.
- To test, analyze and perform troubleshooting on product failures and work closely with process and test engineers on yield improvement.
- Participate in the Kaizen activities.
- To update test tracking records.
- To prepare and update Working Instruction.
- To provide training over W/I to New Hiring.
- To support the NPI Process and production runs.
- Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain).
Requirements:
- Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment.
- Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors.
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure.
- The role involves heavy lifting and long hours of standing.
- Perform shift work.
- Good understanding of test methods and concepts.
