Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Test Technician, where you will play a crucial role in supporting product testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with all test-related activities. Support and implement various product configuration setups. Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures in collaboration with process and test engineers to enhance yield. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen activities. Maintain and update test tracking records. Prepare and refresh Working Instructions (W/I). Provide training on W/I to new hires. Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and production runs. Engage in ISO activities, ensuring compliance and maintenance.

Requirements

Nitec or higher qualification in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in a testing and debugging environment. Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills. Ability to effectively work with peers, engineers, and supervisors. Proficient in multitasking and thriving under pressure. Strong understanding of test methods and concepts. Knowledge of programming and debugging skills. Commitment to maintaining compliance with RBA standards.
