Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in executing all test-related tasks for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements
- Perform product testing, diagnose test failures, and collaborate closely with process and test engineers to drive continuous yield and performance improvements.
- Ensure work processes comply with relevant ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting.
- Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices.
- Ensuring knowledge pass down for Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions.
Requirements
- Nitec and Diploma qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
- Good team player
- Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure
- Comfortable to perform shift work
- Good understanding of test methods and concepts
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills is an added advantage

Working hours: 12 hours permanent shift (either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am)
