Must-Have Skills

. 10+ years of Testing/QA experience

. 5+ years as Test Program Manager/Test Delivery Manager

. Private Banking / Wealth Management domain expertise

. Prior UOB experience

. Hands-on experience with Temenos OR Avaloq

. Strong Test Governance and Stakeholder Management

. SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Data Migration Testing

. Experience managing large banking transformation programs

. Knowledge of KYC, AML, and Regulatory Compliance

. Expertise in JIRA, ALM/QC, Azure DevOps

Good-to-Have Skills

. Digital Banking or Wealth Management platform transformation experience

. Test Automation strategy and implementation

. API and Integration Testing knowledge

. Performance and Non-Functional Testing

. Agile/SAFe delivery experience

. Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)

. PMP, Prince2, ISTQB, SAFe certifications

. Experience managing regional APAC banking programs

Roles & Responsibilities

. Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs for Private Banking and Wealth Management initiatives.

. Define and implement comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, Governance Frameworks, and QA standards.

. Manage SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, Data Migration, and Production Validation testing.

. Drive testing efforts for Temenos (T24/Transact) or Avaloq implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

. Collaborate with business stakehtechnology teams, operations, and vendors.

. Establish testing governance, quality metrics, reporting, and steering committee updates.

. Identify and manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and defects.

. Lead onshore, offshore, and vendor testing teams.
