Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee all testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients expectations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled testers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align testing efforts with project requirements and timelines.
- Analyze and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Due to project sensitivity, we can only consider Singapore Citizen
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or a similar leadership role in software automation testing.
- Strong background in software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in test management tools (e.g., TestRail, qTest) and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is preferred.
- Domain expertise in the relevant industry is a plus.
