Test Manager (AMK)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of test engineers to drive quality and collaboration.
• Develop and implement test strategies, approaches, plans and test cases for software releases and infrastructure components.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, performance and security testing.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align testing priorities with project goals.
• Manage test activities, resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify, report and track defects through to resolution, working closely with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure the overall quality of project deliverables.
• Provide timely updates on test progress, results, risks and key issues to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement testing tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Produce testing documentation in line with project standards and frameworks.
• Support projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of system testing experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of testers.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual and/or automation test execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
