Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in Test Lead role
  • Strong experience in API and application testing
  • Test automation exposure (Selenium, API automation tools, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Understanding of BFSI compliance, data security, and quality standards
  • Strong stakeholder communication and onshore coordination skills
