Test Lead

Job Title: Test Manager (Core Banking)

Location: Singapore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with 10+ years of software testing experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Banking systems (Silverlake preferred) and be able to manage end-to-end testing activities across banking projects.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of software testing experience
• Minimum 5 years as a Test Manager or Test Lead
• Strong experience with Core Banking platforms (Silverlake preferred)
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
• Good knowledge of banking modules such as CASA, Loans, and Payments
• Experience using JIRA or ALM for defect and test management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing testing teams

Good to Have

• Experience with Temenos T24, Finacle, or Oracle Flexcube
• Knowledge of Selenium or Tosca
• Understanding of APIs and Microservices
• Agile/Scrum experience
• ISTQB or PMP certification
• Experience in Digital Banking projects

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall test strategy and test plan
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and vendors
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions
• Improve testing processes and support automation initiatives
• Ensure testing meets banking quality and compliance standards
