Test Lead

Role: Test lead - UAT

Experience: 4-6 yrs of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements functional specifications and use cases
• Design and execute manual test cases test scenarios and test scripts
• Perform functional regression smoke sanity system and UAT testing
• Identify log track and retest defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and product teams
• Validate fixes and ensure defect closure within SLA
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and test reports
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback
• Support UAT cycles and production validation when required
• Ensure adherence to QA processes standards and best practices
