Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on the testing and validation of embedded products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded systems and products.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in testing embedded systems and software.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python etc for test automation.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in embedded systems testing.
