About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support production and engineering teams by developing, maintaining, and executing electronic test systems and validation procedures. This role focuses on product qualification and manufacturing processes and is ideal for engineers experienced in hardware testing, data analysis, failure investigation, and process improvement. You will work in a structured, quality-driven manufacturing environment alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and enhance test workstations, fixtures, and automated test equipment (ATE)
- Execute functional, parametric, and reliability tests on electronic assemblies and components
- Collect, analyze, and document test data, logs, and statistical reports
- Generate detailed test and outgoing reports to support production and quality tracking
- Monitor production trends and statistical process control (SPC) charts
- Perform equipment calibration checks and maintain traceability to standards
- Troubleshoot test scripts, instrumentation, signal integrity, and hardware issues
- Conduct minor PCB rework, soldering, and component-level repairs
- Maintain and update test procedures, work instructions, and SOPs
- Support failure investigations using root cause analysis (RCA), 8D, and CAPA
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies
- Understanding of analog/digital circuits, PCB components, and test methodologies
- Ability to interpret schematics, engineering documentation, and test specifications
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor testing, or hardware validation
- Familiarity with SPC, yield analysis, and manufacturing KPIs
- Experience with test automation, scripting (Python, LabVIEW), or data processing tools
- Proficiency in soldering, PCB repair, and ESD-safe handling
- Exposure to ISO 9001, calibration systems, and reliability standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD)
