Job Summary
You will lead testing activities for ServiceNow platform upgrades and custom applications, ensuring quality and functionality across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules through manual and automated testing approaches.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing to validate ServiceNow platform upgrades and custom applications for functionality and performance
- Design and implement automated test scripts using ATF and Selenium to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Apply expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules to identify and resolve defects during testing cycles
- Conduct thorough testing of custom applications on the ServiceNow NOW platform to ensure compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous integration and deployment processes
- Maintain detailed test documentation and report testing outcomes to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software testing
- At least 2 years of proven experience testing ServiceNow version upgrades
- At least 2 years of proven experience testing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with automation testing using ATF, Selenium, and Java
