- Develop and implement ATE test programs for Digital, Power Management, RF & Mixed Signal ICs in wafer sort and packaged stages.
- Design and debug test hardware including load boards and probe cards, supporting first silicon debug and production release.
- Perform device characterization across PVT, optimizing digital test patterns, yield, and test time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in hardware, product engineering, design, quality, and foundry to enhance test methodologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a lab environment, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
- Proficiency in digital and analog electronics, with experience in Python scripting for automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and optimize test processes.
