Role Summary
We are seeking a Test Automation Specialist to elevate software quality by implementing robust, scalable automation solutions. This role focuses on embedding automation into the testing lifecycle, accelerating release confidence across desktop, web, and mobile platforms through industry-leading Tricentis technologies.
The successful candidate operates with a strong delivery mindset, translates business intent into automated validation, and drives consistency and efficiency in testing outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and operationalize automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca and or Tricentis NeoLoad across multi-platform environments
- Engineer scalable and reusable automation components to reduce test cycle time and maintenance overhead
- Implement automation coverage for core business workflows including regression, integration, functional validation, and smoke verification
- Translate functional requirements and business flows into automation-ready test scenarios and execution strategies
- Execute automation runs, evaluate results, and surface quality risks through structured defect reporting
- Partner with Business Analysts and Development teams to align automation objectives with system design and delivery timelines
- Continuously optimize automation assets, standards, and execution models to improve coverage and reliability
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience delivering test automation within enterprise environments
- Proven hands-on capability with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad, with strong conceptual grounding in similar automation platforms
- Experience using test lifecycle and defect management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or comparable systems
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to identify risk patterns and quality gaps
- Clear and confident communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration
