Job Description

. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming testing practices through the application of quality processes, advanced automation tools, and modern methodologies.

. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end quality engineering function with a strong focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity across products and solutions.

. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards in automation and quality assurance.

. Collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams, managing testing strategies, and contributing to key project decisions will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability.

. Execute and maintain technical test cases across various environments and applications.

. Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve testing efficiency and overall quality.

. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to define testing requirements, automation strategies, and quality goals. Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve coverage, scalability, and execution speed.

. Manage system defect tracking and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.

. Mentor and guide team members on best practices in automation, testing standards, and continuous improvement. Leverage Agentic AI capabilities to accelerate automation design, predictive testing, and intelligent defect analysis.

. Participate in reviews, retrospectives, and decision-making processes across teams to drive product excellence.
