Test Automation Engineer - Contract

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and execute robust test scenarios for SIT and UAT.

. Build and enhance test scripts aligned with project requirements and best practices.

. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.

. Perform requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and automation approach.

. Provide regular updates and effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.

. Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

. Ensure automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.

. Exposure in designing and implementing automation frameworks.

. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

. Proven ability in client and stakeholder management.

. Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story understanding.

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
