Job description & Qualifications

Must be experienced in:

1. Test automation - (preferably Tosca)
2. Testing Process and Quality Improvement
3. Client-facing experience/stakeholder management

Good to have experience in:

• Test automation implementation in SAP.

The candidate is expected to be able to:

• Design and drive the QA agenda for the team and define the QA governance, process and participate in QA activities (both internally with the project team as well as with client counterpart)
• Continuously improve the quality of the delivery through review and implementation of the proposed QA governance and framework
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to provide timely and meaningful feedback regarding test results through the use of test reports and other documentation
• Plan and create various testing documents such as test approaches, plans, test scenarios (and corresponding test data) based on project requirements
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify testable events and develop the test cases/test scripts. Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create re-useable test assets.
• Provide oversight to the test team in ensuring the necessary automation scripts are delivered and deployed
• Ensure closure of each test phase through defect tracking raising, resolving, retesting, escalation, and closure through the usage of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Perform thorough regression testing whenever is needed
