1. Establishing and tracking metricsfor test automationto use data to drive improvement and accountability

1. Designing and implementing test automation approaches and ways to track their efficacy

1. Work with stakeholders across engineering and QA teams to ensure alignment on automation approaches and goals

1. Working with vendors to deliverautomation solutionsto the standards defined above
