TEST (ATE) ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

1.Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production
2.Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods.
3.Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
4.Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
5.Drive Key Performance Indicators such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products
6.Support qualification activities and customer return debug
7.Skillset in ATE test setup with FT package and wafer sort in T2K, V93K, Acco Test, ETS, Flex tester platforms.
8.Experience in handling FT handlers in production environment such as MultiTest, Rasco, HonTech, ExisTech, SRM, etc.,
9.Experience in handling wafer probers in production environment such as TSK, TEL, EG40xx.etc.
10.Derive test plan and Develop test solution for the products such as PMIC, Regulators, ADCs, DACs and mixed signal devices.
11.Strong skillset in test methodologies.
12.Debug failure issue in both hardware and test program level.
13.Strong in handling debugging tools in the mentioned testers
14.Skillset in verifying hardware and components using bench equipment such as DMM, Oscilloscope, Function generator, etc.,

Requirements:
1.More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development
2.Experience with ATE test program development -Advantest 93K, a must.
3.Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python)
4.Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS)
5.Knowledgeable in statistical analysis
6.Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
7.Able to work comfortably with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source Meters, Battery Emulators, Spectrum analyzers, etc.
8.Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges.
9.Strong verbal and written communications skills.
10.Able to organize effectively and document work thoroughly while working with local and remote teams.
11.Familiarity with the New Product Introduction process.
12.Experience with development of test hardware utilizing team approach, reviewing schematics and layouts.
13.Experience troubleshooting hardware and software to develop test solutions.
14.Highly motivated, fast learner, team player.
