Responsibilities
- Understand system and business requirements to review / develop relevant test cases
- Conduct actual UAT for business users, including documentation of results and re-testing for defects.
- Liaise with IT and project members on project updates and resolve interdependent issues
- Support post-roll-out tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution
Skills/Requirement
- Must have prior related experience with design and conduct of User Acceptance Tests for systems, preferably in Financial Institutions
- Team player, who can work collaboratively together with other team mates on his/ her own
- Self-driven learner and analytical
- Meticulous and sensitive to details
