Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust test scenarios to ensure all scenarios (positive, negative, edge, error, end to end etc) are tested
- Develop proper test plan and strategy (front-end/back-end), test timeline and expected test results
- Execute manual and automation test cases
- Plan and request for test data/devices required for testing
- Flagging out issues/defects timely and resolving it with stakeholders (business users, technology team, channel teams, development teams etc) timely before launch
- Reporting and documenting on testing progress (how many test cases completed/failed/run/defects closed out)
- Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems and procedures
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures
- Experience in digital banking testing of mobile/internet banking preferred.
Key Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least bachelor's degree in business management, IT, Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Digital Innovation.
- At least 2-3 years of experiences, preferably in Banking domain.
- Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence, SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies will be considered favourably
- Good attitude, pro-active and independent with a team player mentality
- Eager to take on challenges, driven and motivated to grow
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.
