Job Summary
Kosh Consulting Group seeks a meticulous Test Administrator to ensure secure, accurate, and timely delivery of psychometric tests, interviews, and Assessment Centres for leadership talent assessment across public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and invigilate proctored psychometric and ability test sessions at various locations and via remote online proctoring, verifying candidate identity and maintaining standardized testing conditions throughout.
- Manage end-to-end scheduling of test sessions, including sending invitations, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and following up on no-shows, coordinating with candidates, clients, and consultants to secure venues and equipment.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support Assessment Centre logistics, including preparing assessor packs, candidate materials, room setup, timekeeping, and on-the-day floor management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and assessment databases, process scoring and report generation, and perform quality checks to ensure error-free, complete, and correctly attributed reports.
- Safeguard test materials, item banks, and candidate data by enforcing strict access control, chain-of-custody procedures, and version control, complying with test publisher requirements, client security protocols, and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
- Prepare and test laptops, network connections, headsets, and online testing platforms before sessions, providing first-line troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly during live sessions.
- Document irregularities, candidate queries, and technical incidents, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to improving administration checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the team with materials inventory, document preparation, records maintenance, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth assessment delivery.
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data management skills, including accurate data entry and database maintenance.
- Ability to perform basic IT troubleshooting and set up PC and network equipment under time pressure.
- Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel to client sites in Singapore as required by test and Assessment Centre schedules.
- Successful candidates must meet applicable client security-clearance requirements.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Polytechnic diploma holders with a background in Human Resource or Psychology will also be considered.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance productivity in administrative, documentation, and research tasks.
