About the Role:
Our client are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue and gross profit growth within an assigned market. This role focuses on new business acquisition, account development, and delivering end-to-end logistics solutions across freight and contract logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and gross profit growth within assigned territory in line with targets.
- Identify, prospect, and win new customers while expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates.
- Participate in sales reviews and forecasting proactively address gaps to targets.
- Understand customer supply chain needs and propose tailored logistics solutions (air, ocean, land, warehousing).
- Manage RFQs, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, margin, and credit policies with focus on profitable growth.
- Work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term retention.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics
- Proven track record in business development and closing deals
- Strong knowledge of freight products, warehousing, and trade lanes
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
