Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Singapore. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute sales plans for assigned accounts and regions, focusing on driving revenue growth for Brilyant's integrated IT solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their technology needs, and collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams to design appropriate solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will also prepare sales forecasts and reports, track pipeline activities, and support marketing campaigns and events to increase brand and solution awareness in the territory.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Training customers and internal teams on solution value, best practices, and product updates.
- Proven success in B2B technology or IT infrastructure sales; experience with systems integration or digital workplace solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM and common productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as required to meet clients and attend events.
