Job Description

Job Summary

NES Fircroft is currently hiring for a global formwork and shoring solutions company. You will generate profitable business by selling and renting formwork and shoring solutions, managing customer accounts, and developing sales opportunities in a designated territory with full remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts by working directly with formwork buyers to meet and exceed their needs and expectations
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions
  • Prospect and prioritize potential customers and projects within a designated sales territory to build and manage a robust sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to allocate appropriate selling resources for each customer opportunity
  • Estimate project costs using company pricing guidelines to prepare accurate and competitive proposals
  • Create compelling presentations using toolkit software to present solutions, address customer objections, and validate the company's Lowest in Place Cost advantage for forming needs
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Demonstrate a proactive, hunter mentality to identify and develop new business opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent field
  • Experience in construction and formwork sales
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
