As an Account Manager specialising in the SME segment, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise the telecommunications landscape in Singapore. Your primary objective will be to plan, develop, and execute strategies for customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth, with a focus on enriching our customers experiences. You will play a crucial role in expanding Singtel's market share in ICT spending among SMEs, driving innovation, and delivering unparalleled value to our clients.

Make an Impact By:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned accounts
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and assigned business objectives.
  • To foster and build good customer relationship/customer loyalty by ensuring quick turnaround time when dealing with customer requirements/issues.
  • To achieve high customer satisfaction with all decision makers and key contacts.
  • To ensure smooth coordination between product, solution, engineering and processing team to deliver quality service to customers.
  • Work with other cross functional units as a team to win bids and strike innovative deals.
  • To understand and identify customers ICT needs through Account Planning and Profiling.
  • To appreciate local market trends, competitors movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.
  • Provide one-stop service to customers regarding all SingTel services.

Skills for Success:

  • Min Diploma, preferably in Field in IT/Engineer Sales
  • Experienced in Cold Calling
  • Engaging Customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
  • Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing, proposals
  • Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline
  • Basic Office Skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services
  • Presentation Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Confidence and Ability to engage customers
