Tennis & Padel Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Tennis & Padel Coach reporting to TENNIS DIRECTOR to lead engaging and progressive coaching programmes for juniors and adults across both sports. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing grassroots participation, improving player performance, and supporting competitions, camps, and events in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching & Instruction

Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.

Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.

Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.

Provide player feedback and monitor progress.

Programme & Event Support:

Assist with the planning and delivery of seasonal camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.

Promote both sports within the club community to drive participation and engagement.

Support the development of junior performance players in both tennis and padel.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Follow club safeguarding policies and uphold professional coaching standards.

Maintain accurate class registers and attendance records.
