Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager based in Singapore. The Tendering Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end process of tender preparation, including analyzing project requirements, preparing tender documents, and ensuring submissions meet client specifications and deadlines. The role involves active collaboration with procurement teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant tenders. The Tendering Manager will also manage coordination with suppliers, estimate costs, and contribute to strategic decision-making to secure projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, with a proven ability to handle end-to-end tender submissions.
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement processes and vendor collaboration.
• Strong skills in Sales and bid negotiation to secure competitive opportunities.
• Experience in Project Management for effective coordination and delivery of tender requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure alignment among stakeholders and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Survey, or relevant construction & building fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in the construction industry and familiarity with local regulatory requirements is a must
