Tender Specialist

Due to expansion, we are currently looking for highly motivated and results oriented talent to join us as:

TENDER SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Tender team

. Preparation and compilation of documents for tender submission

. Set up and maintain all proposal clarification register

. Compilation of marketing data and presentation materials

. Maintenance of an efficient filing system

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies

. 1 to 2 years relevant experience is preferred

. Subsea project exposure - direct experience preparing cost models and commercial tenders for API 6A/17D wellheads, Xmas trees or related subsea equipment.

. Costbuild familiarity - strong grasp of material, manufacturing, installation and life of field cost drivers, plus ability to interface with engineering and supply chain teams.

. Tender leadership - track record coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams, meeting tight submission deadlines, and negotiating clarifications with client SCM/QS representatives.

. Tools & analytics - proficiency in MS Excel cost models, ERP/MRP data extraction, and presentation of pricing scenarios to management.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking customers

. Meticulous with ability to prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines

. A self-motivated team player with positive attitude

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
