Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source projects on tender platforms like Sesami and GeBIZ.
• Develop proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Conduct quantity measurements within deadlines.
• Prepare and evaluate quotations for tender costing.
• Ensure timely and complete tender submission.
• Assist in cost budgeting, track design/construction changes, and adjust projections.
• Review and prepare agreements for subcontractor and supplier awards.
• Certify and evaluate progress, manage contract variations.
• Submit monthly progress claims and recommend payments to subcontractors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or any relevant discipline.
• MINIMUM 5 years working experience
• Familiarize with SIA & REDAS Form of Contract Administration including SOP Act of Administration.

• Location: West
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
