about the job
- Understand tender requirements
- Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works
- Timely management of tender activities
- Review quotations with the designated specification
- Review quantities and cross check for possible items that may have been overlooked
- Proof reading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works
- Review of cost impact (value engineering proposal/ variations)
skills & experience required
- Degree in Civil/Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of LTA QS project experience
- Experience with main contractor / LTA projects preferred.
- Comfortable working in the west of Singapore
